Gas

Every since I did my tune up oil, spark plugs my gas has been sucking down any suggestions ?

Well keep your foot out of it. Personally I can't seem to do it but that's my guess. Other than a change in driving style I can't imagine a tune up would decrease your mileage, last I knew that was supposed to help it.

That sounds right if you changed oil and filter.

Run the codes or have it scanned, you may have a malfunctioning O2 sensor or something else causing the excessive fuel usage.

Can 94-95 be scanned? I took mine to autozone and it would hook up but wouldn't read he told me that it was too old... Where can I get mine scanned at?

you need an ob1 scanner. you can pick them up for around 25$. or there is a link in the useful stickies thread for how to scan the codes without a scanner.
