Will my w/hub fit sn95 spindles?

I wanna update my shocks and struts on my 1986 mustang GT. Will my 4 lug wheel hub fit on the sn95 spindles? Only way I can get tokico hp or d-specs on is updating my front spindles.

I don't think they will. I believe they use a different style bearing.

I think the 95 struts will fit, you just have to elongate or re-drill the mounting holes to match the 86 spindles I believe.

I'm going for a really nice updated ride. Plus I'm not going to screw up the original parts on my mustang. If I was to do that. I would just buy the tokico shocks and re drill my spindles but not doing that.

Actually just found some good info. I can update to 87 to 93 for spindles or I can find strut spacers and then I can use 87 struts on my 86 spindles. Probably best to just update my spindles? You think? Don't know how those spacers are?

Ok. it's early morning and I have been unable to sleep all night, so I hope I'm not misunderstanding you, but I didn't mean for you to "screw up" your original parts, what I meant was to drill out or slot the mounting holes on the strut itself to make it match the 86 strut mount bolt pattern. I think that is the only difference in the struts, but check that to be sure.
Do it however you wish, but that would be easier than changing spindles.

Your alright. I did think you were talking about drilling out the holes in my spindles ha. I have done some reading and it sounds like its not the holes that don't line up. They say 86 spindles are skinnier then the newer spindles so takes spacers between the new strut and the original spindle. I would just put on 87-92 spindles for now and with 87-92 struts.
