Do you mean that it has more water vapor coming out on one side than the other or is it burning oil?

In that case check for some type of flow obstruction as it seems to be condensing more moisture on one side than the other. I had a Flowmaster muffler come apart on the inside on my 95 GT and I could see where that may obstruct the exhaust flow.
