I think my car may be running rich

Here are a few shots of #4 plug.
It looks good to me just looking for some
opinions from someone other than myself.

your camera didnt focus on the plug, but focused more on the floor. so its hard ro tell, but from i can see it looks perfectly normal. also since you just changed your pump, you may need more time before spark plug reading can be accurate.

Yeah I thought about that, maybe I will take it for a long ride today.
My idle is surging with the new pump install, not sure why, Fuel psi,
Vacum leak???

idk.
you shouldnt have a vacuum leak created from installing the pump.
try an idle relearn. i dont remember the procedure but it has been posted on here before.

Look in the Useful info thread for Surging-Hanging Idle.There is also a diagram on a better way to wire high LPH fuel pumps.
