Which gears

I was interested in purchasing some gears but can't choose between 3.73s and 4.10s . I have a DD I don't do much highway drive and the car is a bone stock 1991 gt ... Any help would be thankful

I got 4:10's, seem to be pretty good for me, but I've never driven any others

Ford racing's gears seem to be the best/favorite.

Since they are made by Ford for Fords they will usually install without having to reshim and you can use your shims back just as they were.
However, you will always need to check clearances and backlash to ensure they are properly set up.
