Ok guys, I have a 1995 mustang gt with gt40p heads, explorer intake, TFS Stage 1 cam with 1.72rr. I try to turn it on, but it will just make a popping sound in the intake and will idle at very low rpms. It also makes a beeping sound in the passenger foot panel, where the cpu is located. What could be the problem?

Assuming you're not having ptv clearance problems you may need to check your timing, and fuel pressure. What size injectors are you running?

I have no clue about the beeping.

I'm running 24lbs injectors, and it won't give me a chance to mess with the timing. Could it be something with the tune?

Did you unplug the spout connector with the car off, set timing, then plug back in the spout connector with the car off again?

You can unplug the spout connector and line up the marks on the distributor base to crank it. Once it starts set the timing. My timing backed off to about 10* atdc and had similar problems.

I've tried to move the timing but with the car on, I'll try to move it with the car off after work. I'll let you all know how it goes.
