Cam?

Does anyone know anything about the b303 crane cam. My buddy is giving me one and I want to know if it's worth the time putting it in.?

Are you talking about a Ford Racing M-6250-B303 cam. If so they are a good cam with other mods.

I had one in an otherwise stock 95 GT. It sounded cool as hell! But didn't offer a extremely noticeable change in power.

Go to CamQuest – Select The Perfect Camshaft & Valve Train Components and let them choose a cam for you.
Then compare their choice to the specs on the B303 and see if they are comparable in lift and duration. That will give you an idea as to whether or not it is worthwhile in your case.

If you have stock heads an intake a cam not going to benefit you too much though I believe muscle mustangs and fast fords did a study that the cran 2020 cam gave much low end torque and some noticeable horsepower gain
