Cold air intake

I've found some cold sir intakes on eBay for around $50. And the ones on mustangs unlimited are around $100. Is there a difference?

Quality and fitment mainly.
Sometimes the inexpensive ones will work fine and sometimes they are junk.
You pays your money and takes your chances with them.
