coil spring question

Looking on eBay I see many coil spring options cheap and not cheap. Someone chopped the front coil on the car and it bottoms out. I do want a lower look. What do I need to avoid or look for in a coil spring (mfr and load rates please). The car will never see the track. Well I may run It at chuckwalla but only for fun and only once or twice. It will see the interstate and be driven. Alot.

Lol I've cut a few in my day as well. But everytime I work on the car I find something rigged up and as low as it is I may just redo front a rear with new. I have considered the bump steer kit ill look into it more.
