So ebay has a stage 3 clutch for bout $150. Are they any good? All i have is a slightly modified 302. The clutch is shot in it so i need a decent one at least.

It's going to be one of those you get what you pay for deals from eBay. You would be better off using a stock replacement or a name brand clutch.

A Ford king cobra can be had for less then $200 as well right? They have a stiff pedal but will get the job done.

I'm sporting a king cobra clutch. I paid 250 but it was a kit that included the triple quadrant, firewall adjuster, and new cable with the bearings. It is a great clutch as long as you stay under the rated 400hp. After that they just don't last long.

For a much lighter effort pedal (important to us old guys with tired worn out body parts ) Check out the Centerforce Dual Friction. It also offers a 90% improvement in holding power over a stock clutch.
I've had mine for over 10 years now with no problems, but the last 3 years the car has been sitting so actually 7 years with no problems is more accurate, but still a good amount of time for the abuse it has endured.

P.S. Anyone who is interested and has seen my comments on this clutch before, I clarified that because I have told this story before and claimed the 10 years without explaining. Thinking about it, I figured I should be more accurate and forthcoming in my usage/ownership of the clutch.

With those two choices I'd go for the King Cobra as long as you don't over power it.
Personally I never liked the RAM clutches much from experiences years ago, but they may be ok these days.
