Motor Mounts

So I had my car on a lift yesterday and was looking at some of the suspension etc, anyways a tech pulled a chunk of one of my mounts off lol, so to say the least its pretty much metal on metal, I just want to get an idea of how long it will take and what it will cost to replace engine and trans mounts plus any advice would be great. Also how bad is it for me to continue to drive it (once its actually fixed that is, im still trying to finish up the head replacement that i started lol)

i would think only a few hours for someone with little to no experience. an experienced mechanic should be able to do it quick. and yes, its a good idea to fix them right away.
