Which set of headers gives the best bang for the buck???

Yes, No, Maybe?
Easiest way to find out is to look up the headers on American Muscle or other parts site and see what they fit. They will usually tell you the year range.

LT's for all push-rod 5.0's have the same bolt-pattern from the factory. However, the fitment is slightly different because of the steering shaft location and the body mold. So, 94-95 LT headers have the be specific for the body style and usually don't fit or can swap with Fox headers.
