Shifting

Im having minor difficulties getting my 92 into 1st and reverse, mostly in the mornings when the car is cold. Wasn't having this problem before. Is this a shifter issue, clutch, tranny or a combo? Any help is appreciated.

Same thing happens to me, shift slowly into first/second while everything is cold, and as for reverse, shift into 5th then reverse, no double clutch. Should solve any grinding issues

Best advice..my 02 is the exact same, but shift slowly and firmly when cold, and to get it in reverse I actually shift to 1st, leave it in first for a second or 2, than shift to reverse and it goes like butter
