No. The 4.6 in the Crown Victoria is from a completely different engine family and the pushrod 302 will not line up to any mounting points in the engine bay. Physically, the 4.6 is a much larger enginre than the Windsor pushrod 302.

Motor mounts, transmission, electronics and possibly gauges. It will fit, but it would be a giant waste of time and money. There are much better ways of running a 15 second 1/4 mile.

no 46 and 302(5.0l) have different trans bolt patterns and computers set up and its illegal thanks to big bother sticking his nose were it not wanted
