Plugs & Wires ??

Ok guys Im looking to change the plugs and wires on my 94 GT and would like some suggestions on what to use. Not looking for anything crazy expensive just something good that I can pick up at the local auto parts store.

Ford racing plug wires are good (8mm I believe), when it comes to plugs i've heard that the 5.0 doesn't really like the more expensive/higher end plugs.....it runs crappy so i would recomend using motorcraft plugs

Great thanks alot for the info, I was looking at the Ford Racing wires they are 9mm and I think thats what Im going with, also the motorcraft plugs. thanks

again, I've had great luck with the FRPP plugs, they've held up on mine and many friends cars really well compared to the high dollar stuff.

i'm running motorcraft plug wires, msg ignition coil (we broke the blaster coil that was on there), and NGK iridium plugs (i'm boosted, though)... also am running with the MSD Multiple spark ignition box.
