So when I start my car in the morning it idles to 1000 the drops to 700 then dies..
What's can be wrong with it.?
Or where should I begin the process of elimination.?

Or where should I begin the process of elimination.? | Mass air flow ? Throttle position? They could be it try cleaning the mass air flow first. Could also be a vacuum line

Had this problem and my MAF was bad. Then changed all the vacuum lines including the one under the intake(hard to get to without removing the upper intake) but now she runs like a breeze. Need to change my TPS though I think it's going out. Good luck

If map sensor don't fix it you check the EGR valve. It made my 2 88 mustangs cold natured when I had them disconnected to race. Did same thing u described, crank run up n down idle then die. Had to rev till warm then was fine. I replaced my EGR n reconnect vacuum lines and all better
