The cheapest I would go is the stacks brand from American Muscle but I highly recommend JLT'S CAI

2.73 for most, some have 3.27 like mine, and some may have 3.08.. The standard gear is 2.73

Remember you can't use a hand held with a push rod 5.0L, you'll need an SCT 4bank chip or the Anderson PMS system which is close to 1k and the chip has to be sent in or Dyno tuned when adding new mods.
You really won't 'need' a tune until you get pretty deep into mods, 94-95 ECU's can be picky but generally do ok with basic bolt ons.

3.73 is a good all around gear, if you do a lot mixed driving.. If you spend a lot if time in the interstate maybe 3.55 is a good idea.
