Thanks. I've always been a pontiac and mopar guy. Liked the mustangs but didn't know anything about them. When I bought my car it had the "powered by svt" by the brake booster, white faced gauges with a svt on the tach, a different rear wing, rear bumper cover just says mustang on it, and a broke snake grill emblem. Also a small can on touch up paint. So I thought it might have been wrecked and the just put a gt front cover on
So I ordered new emblems and then found out its just a gt by the missing the "D" in the vin. oh well, put them on anyway. Then I ordered a odometer repair kit, put it in and the speedo quit working so keeping with the clone cobra, I found a 94-95 cobra cluster. I wanted to get rid of the 00 v6 wheels and next to the 18 saleens, the cobras are my favorite so I got them
People have said nice cobra or is it real and I always tell then nope, it's a fake
I hope to get a real one someday, but the price for this one was to good to pass up

Thanks. If you do a cluster change you have to get a 94-95. 96 and up will require some wiring harness mods. I found mine on eBay. There's another one on there now, but they're PRICEY

Thanks. I shoulda posted what everything was done under the first pics

I found the car 12-30-12 under the snow, bought it 12-31-11

First thing I had to do was get the tint off the headlights. I used "goof off" and it came off pretty good

The odometer didn't work so I bought the gears to fix it. Installed that and went for a drive. Bad news speedometer quit working. So I bought a 94-95 cobra cluster and put in blue LEDs

Found a set of 96-97 cobra wheels to replace the pony wheels

Next is replacing the distributor with a billet one from summit racing with ford racing 9mm wires

They were on the car under the black spray tint when I got it. One of them is messed up so I've been looking to replace them. AM has them. Also eBay, but I don't know how good they are

This is a $30 white face gauge over a stock cluster. Don't pay $200+ for a Cobra cluster...

I did white face over stock but it was a 150 gt speedo. Wanted the 160 cobra one. Probably not the smartest thing I've bought, but oh well

I found black reverse gauge cause I didn't like the white with my interior. But mine look more light blue then dark blue like Mack's that's why I liked them
