Thanks for the pointers.....
My steering is really touchy and very easy to over turn in fish tail and burn round corners.... What would b the best way to go about getting that new car steering back in my baby?

Check your ball joints, tie rod ends, and bushings...replace what's worn and then flush your system. Before flushing make sure you don't have leaks from pump or rack, if you do fix those first. Lastly check shocks, springs, and antiroll bar. Replace if worn.

My 89 had bad ball joints and rack. Replacing both made a huge difference. You might as well do the front struts while your at it.
