Its a limited slip diff. A pretty good one to. Unless your clutches are worn in the t lock then you should have both tires spining. I wouldnt recommend a locker unless you plan on mostly dragging it. And I dont mean dressing it up in girls clothes.
How do you know it's working right cause I used to come out of a turn and floor it and I would get it sitting side ways but lately only one tire spins and I don't like that! haha
