Should I go with the steel sprocket or cast iron sprocket?

Most people dont use them but I do. Its basically a set of idler gears that will replace the chain. They make a very distinct noise when running. They are more durable and you cant jump time etc. This is a crap video of mine cause my exhaust distorted the sound. But you can still hear it.
