Quad shock? If so: wheel hop...

Just get rid of them. To make room for a larger tire. But before you do make sure you upgrade your control arms upper and lower. And you won't need quad shocks

They are to control wheel hop. Personally I would upgrade the lower control arms before taking them off but not necessary.
