The pics are a little blurry. If the cracked dash is the only problem is not to bad. I would still try to low ball him after making sure it turns over and everything.

It also has 152400 miles on it

True. Feel him out. If he doesnt know much about cars that could also be a reason. Just be cautious.

He said he's trying to buy a new car probably a camaro, hopefully it's a steal for me. I'll post more pics tomorrow when I see it
