Long tubes on my 94 mustang

So I will be purchasing long tube header hopefully and just wanted to know what the gains are like over my stock shorty headers? Also what the install will be like with a full length h pipe? I know I will have to cut and weld the h pipe but is that possible if so has any one done it?

It was pretty tough on my fox, but doable! Had to lift motor off of mounts and remove starter for clearance. Drivers side went in from the top, passenger side from underneath.

When I installed my LTs on my 93 co ra I put the car up on jack stands as high as I could get. I took the steering shaft loose, unbolted the motor mounts and jacked the motor up about an inch. Driver side went inform the top and passenger from the bottom. Pretty painless for me. Start to finish took me about 4 hours with no help.

Thanks for the heads up guys I have to weld it to the old mid and cut the headers from it to so I might bring it to a local exhaust shop this sounds like this is going to be over my head
