Spark plugs

How often should I change my spark plugs, wires, cap, rotor, and coil?

Lets just say I don't always drive it easy.

I changed mine twice over 100k miles in my old fox body. I think 60k is the OEM suggestion. I kind of just changed mine when gas mileage was getting worse or it wasn't running as smoothly as it was lol. Worked like a charm both times!
