Estimated power gains

I have a 89 auto 5.0 I just made a order from AM consisting of a set of long tube headers, off road H pipe, cai, 75mm t body, 75mm egr spacer, and a aluminum drive shaft. What do you think my gains will be? The car already had a cat back.

That would be a good gain. That would put me close to 220 rwhp I figured on about 20.

The 75mm throttle body is a bit of over kill for a stock motor. I had a 65mm on my cobra and it worked great.

I plan on doing a heads cam swap with a supercharger in the future. I ran a 75mm on my 02 before I supercharged it and it worked great. So there is a method to my madness.

I ordered some 4.10's and a performance valve body so that should wake it up a little.
