First congrats on the car.

I'm not certain that big of a wheel tire combo will work. A 275 tire is a squeeze. You are probably looking at some sheet metal bending to get a tire that size to fit.

As far as five lug conversion, I say get a ford HD differential since it will upgrade you to 31 spline, a set of moser 31 spline axles. Since you are in the rearend already go ahead and install a set of 3.73 gears. The cheapest way is to get a couple of ford ranger axles, left sides I believe, an stick them in. You can get those from a junk yard or swap meet. For the front get a set of spindles from a 94-95 GT. Can get them at a junk yard or swap meet as well.

Good luck.

295 won't fit without modifying the inner fender. I have a set on my 90 but they rub like crazy.

For the front: complete spindles off of a 94-95 gt or v6, they are the same. If you're not changing the ball joints then you will need 5/8 washers at least .330" thick since the fox ball joint is taller than the sn95 ball joint.

Rear:
You need the passenger side Aerostar (any year) axles or driver side ranger axles ( can't remember the years). If you want to stay cheap just get the Aerostar 9" drum along with the axles.

And with the correct offset you can fit the 18x10" but you will need to remove your quad shocks and I would suggest upgrading your control arms.
