V6 to v8 - Mustang Evolution

V6 to v8

I have a v6 mustang and I just finished a building a 302 my question is how hard would it be to put my 302 and c4 in it I have the fuel pumping I know I'll have to run fuel lines I just wanna know if it'll set right in or will I have to modify the mounts?

You probly just need a 5.0 k member for it to fit but I haven't had a sn95 so I don't know for sure but on the 4cyl foxes thats what you got to do to drop a 5.0 in some one should jump in that knows more about the sn95 body but I'm sure you need the k member from a 5.0 sn95

Couldn't I just get different mounts instead of changing whole k member?

Ya, 5.0 mounts will work. Convertible 5.0 mounts sit 1 inch lower just incase you are running a tall intake. But remember to upgrade your springs and struts.

I thought so and this might be a dumb question but would the gauges all hook up?

I believe your gonna need a 94-95 5.0 ecu as well
