Have you had the car for long? When did it start dying?

It also could be the PIP/Distributor, they are notorious for going bad in 5.0s. The one in my Cobra went at 60k original miles.

Send a message via AIM to Bane-
In my 89, the Voltage regulator on the alt went up constantly drawing power and draining the battery. Hook a voltmeter to the battery with it charged and start unplugging the usual stuff and wait for it to stop draining and you have found the culprit.
