T5 leak

Appears to be leaking from tail shaft, any ideas how difficult this repair is? And what's involved?

It's either the seal or the slip yoke. Took me about an hour to change both of them.

No problem, when you pull your driveshaft out inspect the yoke to ensure its not grooved. If it has the slightest groove it will continue to leak even if you replace the seal. I went ahead and changed my front u-joint with the yoke since I already had to take the old yoke off. If you've never changed a U-joint before YouTube some videos, they'll help a lot.
