I have an update! where the oxygen sensors meet the main harness well that part of the main harness the wires were all melted together so I repaired that and it runs like a different car now I need a ford maf and she should have a clean bill of health. I'm getting maf voltage low and high which I believe is giving me my lean and rich codes

After you fix everything, unhook the battery negative terminal for like 45 minutes. After that let the car idle for 5 minutes, a fact about our 94 to 95 sn95's is the 5.0 has a more advanced computer with adaptive learning so the car detects how the engine is responding when it adds or subtracts fuel. Your car should run a little rough for those 5 minutes. That's why are cars are so hard to tune with a high duration cam, the computer has no clue what's going on an why it needs more fuel than usual.
