Cold start idle issue.

Hey, all! A new problem has poked it's head up. I just installed a cold air intake on my car. Cleaned the IAC with carb cleaner. Didn't touch the maf yet. The car will turn over, rpm's go to 2000 or so like normal, but instead of dropping to like 1000 or so, it drops to 500 and begins to stall out. This is only when I first start the car after a period of it sitting.

Whatcha guys think is the problem?
It's a 94 5.0 5 speed.

Reset base idle, check timing. Are you sure you cleaned your maf correctly?
