1990 kicker 6x9's and 6 1/2 speakers

What should I get to run my 6x9's and 6 1/2 kickers for rear seat and door panels? Backup battery? Amp? What kind of amp?

I actually run kicker for all my speakers and all I did to run mine was just upgrade my head unit and it sounds pretty good. To amplify your interior speaker really depends on what speakers you are getting?

Get a good headunit and just run those speakers off the headunit's amp, they'll sound fine. You don't need an amp for basic Kicker speakers.

Yea no need for an amp just a good head unit if you we're going to get some really good kickers or like type r's from alpine which have a high rms then I would recommend an amp.
