If you are looking for a "cobra" intake grab an intake out of a 5.0 explorer and install it. They are the same and the explorer intake is OEM quality. The 5.0 Cobra intakes are all manufactured in China now and have issues...
For a cam, unless you are doing the heads too leave it the hell alone. Changing a cam on the stock heads will at best move the power band up but more likely you will actually lose power. The stock 5.0 heads are really that omfg trash bad.
