Don't see why not... It won't just bolt up though... Probably might have to drill / fabricate some brackets or something to keep it in place

You could make it work, yes. Would it look right? I don't Beleive so. The cobras had different fenders than our four eyed cars. Not sure if this would make the fitment look rather odd. Not to mention, the cobra bumpers are made to flow into the cobra fender moldings, which obviously you don't have. It wouldn't look right to me, just my .02 cents.

IMO keep the four eyed front end. Everybody and their brother gets rid of the four eyed front ends for the aero look. Of course it's your own car, but this is happening way too much.

I was forced to do this to my 85 after a wreck. (I got hit by someone doing 70) I was young in high school and stupid, I did the swap, but was unhappy with it. It fit ok, it was done by the repair shop, but as people have mentioned, it was just off a bit. Switching to an aero front end looks different b/c front is much larger than four eye, 87-93 foxes were a little bigger, more plastic for "aerodynamics". It's totally you're car and you can do what you want, but now that I finally have another four eye, I'm never going back!! Why do you want to change? If its just for looks, maybe you can find a 90's shell and swap everything into it.
