1987 GT 410W Questions

Alright ladies and gentlemen, I have a 1976 351W block that i had bored .040 over and stroked. Crankshaft is a Scat 8000 series crankshaft (4340 light weight). The connecting rods are Scat as well; H-Beam with the 7/16 cap screws and the pistons are JE/SRP. The heads are HVH 225cc 10:1.

I have just recently ordered a harmonic balancer from summit, im hoping it will be sufficient for this motor http://www.summitracing.com/parts/sum-c4269/overview/ ?
My next question would be, how would i go about determining what pulley system to go with? i have searched on some parts sites but am not sure what to go with, open to suggestions. The car is sitting my my fathers garage in dayton, oh. The motor has never been cranked and i am trying to get him to drop it at an engine shop so they can go over it, start it, and break it in for me. This is my first build, i had the machine shop on camp lejeune (NC) do the block work and purchased my stroker kit/heads at manufacture cost, as it sits i think i have $8K in the motor alone. So for sure want to make sure its broke in properly. Any advice is much appreciated! Oh and im in Japan until May 2015
