code 56 car has no power!

I recently notice my car has a misfire. I got a code 56 when scanned. It bucks around 2k rpm. When driving it feels like a burst of power when reaching 5k rpm.

I set at 10 then 12 then at 14 same thing

Autolite plugs not even a year old. Tech jumps also...mild cam
