Help plz - Mustang Evolution

Help plz

My cousin has a 88 GT and it's idling high it's not going below 2 1/2K RPM we've replaced the air idle control witch brought it down some to 2K. Dose anyone have any idea what's wrong ?

When my TPS went I was idling at 2,500 RPMs

Try timing and check for sensor problems!
