408w, Carb or fuel injection

I'm stuck on what I want to use for my motor Carb or EFI intakes, it's a fully forged internals 408w with a 1989 ford 351w block aluminum 210 cylinder heads lunati custom grind cam, I'm not looking for fuel saving just as much power as possible out of just motor no power adders? Any response please!!
