insulation removal - Mustang Evolution

insulation removal

Ok,I have a question, on my 90 I ripped out the carpet and the mats,but I'm having a difficult time removing the insulation stuff I think it's a variant of sound deafening material but it's glued on there real good. Any ideas on how to get it to come free?

hair dryer set on high or heat gun set on low to loosen adhesive backing
