Turbo or not? Anybody?

I have an 87 ttop gt.. I am wanting to buy a holset h2 turbo setup on cl to put on my car.. What do you guys think? It was made for a foxbody so it shouldn't be hard .. What kind of gains should I expect? This is what's been done to my car.. . 87 mustang gt with ttops. Bbk cold air intake, bbk long tube headers, and bbk 75 mm throttle body,.. Fuel pressure regulator with gauge .. edelbrock Victor upper and lower intake.. afr 185cc aluminum heads... Flex-a-lite dual electric fans.. 3 core aluminum racing radiator..optima red top battery..coast high performance 347 stroker kit with all forged crank, rods, and pistons...full roller motor with aluminum 1.6 rockers... trick flow stage 2 cam.. tremec tko 500 trans... aluminum driveshaft.. svo rear end with maximum motorsports rear lower control arms and sway bar...3.55 gears.. Aftermarket rims with nitto 555r drag radials...msd 6al ignition, cap, coil and plugs ... underdrive pulleys... Paxton fuel pressure regulator.... Sure there is more I'm forgetting..

You still got the stock block? if so you'll just split it down the lifter valley I would say your probly already in the 400rwhp and about 500 they will split easy if the tunes not perfect and even if it is it won't last long

Well damn maybe take a bad idea.. With what's on it it has to be pushing 400 already.. Definitely don't want a split block

Badass car....definitely hit 500hp but as stated stock block won't take that much for too long...I'd definitely put a roll cage and stiffen chassis on a ttop car or you'll be rattling big time...

Those ttops need more than just subframes even with 200hp...lol I had an 87,subframes, torque boxes welded ,Frt and rear strut tower brace and with 300hp it rattled and leaked thru ttops...the best would b atleast 6point for street and 400-500 hp...way too much flex with no roof basically...

---------- Post added at 06:28 PM ---------- Previous post was at 06:24 PM ----------

Heavy front, heavy rear, and the power transfers Frt to back...I'm suprised your doors still open and close...haha but its the most enjoyable and best looking...

Yeah but I'm trading a wrecked car that I have no use for to get it so i won't have any cash out of pocket in the system but I am worried about the block and can anyone tell from the pics of the system if I will need anything else? Looks pretty complete

I was just asking because I'd put them in first then the rest but I wouldn't put a turbo on a stock block 347 stroker that just asking for it to split even at low boost I'd get a aftermarket block for something like that lol the shp dart blocks have a good rep and seem to hold more then there 600hp rating from what I've seen
