Cold start stalling/dying

I have a 93lx notch that had a 351w swapp done. Full MSD ignition, with a recent tune up (plugs, wires). When the car starts up from a cold start, it will quickly stall out if not given gas every 3 seconds. Once the car completely warms up its better and wont stall all the time. Ive tried doing some research online and can't really get a straight answer. Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!

How old is gas???
I assumed the plugs or wires might have been some part of the cause so I did a full tune up. It only has a problem staying on when its from a cold start, once its around 100 degrees, its fine

Try before u start it to turn key on for like 3 seconds then start it...pressure might not be building from pump enough...also the electric choke could be bad...I'm trying to help bud...lol

My 91 did the same thing. I put in a high voltage coil (screamin demon) and gapped iridium plugs to the recommended .060 and cleaned the Air idle control motor. Started up great.
