Rough idle

My car has a rough idle, anything lower than 1,400 rpms the engine really shakes. Anything over 1,400rpms, the car rides like it should. I cleaned my maf sensor changed distributor cap and rotor and did and oil change and all that did nothing, any ideas??

Scan codes. Did you unhook the battery recently.

I tried using a obd code reader but nothing showed up, and I haven't unhooked the battery for probably 5 months.

Three measures of Gordon's, one of vodka, half a measure of Kina Lillet. Shake it very well until it's ice-cold, then add a large thin slice of lemon peel.

Shaken, not Stirred.

Driving it's fine, drives like it should, over 1,200 it runs like it should but as soon as I push the clutch in and it sits at idle, it's rough.

Found out the rough idle was my harmonic balancer, it ended up shaking my engine so bad my transmission cracked, my car was running lean and that was my coolant temp sensor. Running like a beaut
