95 aode sensors

How many sensors are on these trans?
Reading online and in my haynes manual I'm seeing the VSS and the neutral switch up by the manual shift lever.

Is there a different sensor for the ecm?

Reason I'm asking is I think one of the sensors is going causing some of the issues I've been tracking.

Also, I've got 3.73s and a locker in the rear, but the speedo gear wasn't changed. Can that cause drivability issues aside from just the speedo being off? Since I put my 17s with meatier tires in the back my speedo is closer to being right (only 4-6 mph off).
