Sn95 motor/tranny swap into my 88 mustang Lx?

Will a SN95 motor, tranny and driveshaft swap into my 88 mustang LX? I'm in the process of buying a 331 stroker motor with trick flow top end kit, t-5 tranny and drive shaft and all the accessories and wires and computer from a SN95. I want to know if I can swap that right into my 88 mustang LX with not much problem. The 88 is just a roller and has no motor or tranny. I do have a fox body computer and wire harness out of a 93 mustang. What do I need to get from the 95 sn95 mustang to complete this. And will long tune header clear too? Good info would be good.

Yeah did a lot of research and the tranny is to long. Input shaft and bell housing is 5/8 longer. Going to end up going with my fox body wire harness and computer. Yeah it is a A9l computer for 5 speeds.
