shakes and smoke

Hopefully don't go out in blaze of glory way home. Decided to drive stang to farther job tonight about 30 miles partial highway, big traffic at a part. Once got on up to speed 70+-80 felt like shaking..never done few other times been on freeway. Then parked and smoke came out bezel again. I knew where it was going to be coming from because before got clutch and trans replaced it did this. Trans fluid drips down onto x/h pipe whichever I have. Has not done this until today since clutch/trans replacement. Ffgvhvdjb

Made home didn't seem to have issue. Babied it no hard acceleration, kept at 60-65 most way on freeway. Few times for very short while brought to 70 didn't seem to shake. Tried not to downshift other than from 5th-4th and neutral. One turn need to go down to 3rd. Pulled in driveway..didn't see smoke. Tried to shine backlight from phone down under there..didn't see any fluid bubbles or dripping. When it does/did, drips from grommet area where front of driveshaft meets back of trans.

Man, I hate reading posts put in from phones.

Shaking at isolated speeds usually indicates tire imbalance. If you feel it in the steering wheel, it's the fronts and if you feel it in your seat, it's the rears. Driveshaft/u-joint problems usually produce a vibration or loud hum. Not sure of which bezel you are referring to.

Sorry...ya I tend to write quick and fragmented sentences. Tire could be, I did just recently put a used tire/rim on rear. The bezel I speak of is my shifter bezel.

Rear passenger tire

Still can't help you with the bezel thing but I think the tire may be your culprit. Good luck.

Trans fluid drips down onto exhaust, obviously hot so smoke comes straight up through shifter. Drips from where driveshaft meets transmission. Did this before replaced clutch kit and a used transmission. Never again until yesterday.
