Trouble starting

It seems when I park on a hill with the nose up the hill or down it cranks for a while before it starts.would this be fuel pump or maybe the starter relay?

Only way to know for sure is to check fuel pressure. It sounds like the pump isn't keeping fuel in the lines, and its leaking back into the tank. But you won't know for sure until you check the pressure.

No, you dont have to drop the tank. Pick up a fuel pressure gauge and attach it to the schrader valve on your fuel line under the hood. If you research it, I'm sure there is a how-to online somewhere lol
