Bad hesitation

I have a hesitation at part and WOT and heard that if I reset the ecu it would help. I cleaned the maf and tb. How do I go about the reset process IF that's the case?

You can disconnect the battery for 20 mins or so. That should reset the computer. Fixing your hesitation issue, may be an entirely different question though. Good luck!

Resetting the ECU= disconnecting the battery and touching the terminals together. But I doubt your idle issue will be solved by a ECU reset.

I have good idle, it's only in second and above that the loss of power happens. First gear is good. I don't know what's up?!?!?

It could be that in First gear, your going by the rpm range where you notice the hesitation too quickly. I've seen that happen before. It could still be there, you just don't notice it.

Most times when there is a hesitation or starting issue, its best to trouble shoot starting with spark or fuel.
