I took the valve cover off one side to day and they are GUNKED. Hopefully no damage is done, I plan on getting them rebuilt anyway. I also did a lot of research and the header problem has been thrown around a lot. I heard the gt-40p heads are better in terms combustion, but gt-40's can handle higher lift cams. I'm not going for sound but power. Should I hold off and get gt-40's or get these P's for practically free but have to get them rebuilt?

The power difference is negligible. I'd go with the non p heads if I had a choice but if you can get them for free you can't beat free.

I may be getting the heads and intake for free. But good looking out. If it turns out I can't have them then I will continue looking for gt-40's non p

Not sure why you'd need porting on a stock bottom end 302 anyway. Not worth it to port GT40s and a 302 bottom end will not need any more air than the TFS heads can provide box stock.

If I go through with these P heads witch I most likely will, what size injectors should I get. I also would want to put a bigger mass air meter, tb, gears, fuel rail/ pump, and headers. I saw a YouTube video and the guy said 94/95 computers like to fight you when you put a cam in, should I also buy a new computer or have my stock one tuned or buy a bamba chip? Idk how to go about tuning it do I need a A9L fox computer?

No you do not need a fox computer, a good tuner can tune the 94/95 computers just fine. If staying NA the stock fuel system should be fine. I'd go with a 70mm TB, 73mm MAF and longtubes for the 5.0 motor.

For long tubes on the p heads, I hear the BBK's work fine..... May have to machine a spark plug socket to fit the tight clearance, but other than that they're good. I've got BBK LT's on mine and pick up my p's from the machine shop this week, so I'll let you know how the fit is.
