Need valvetrain help!!!

I have a 302 and it only has a cam, cold air intake, under drive pulleys and full exhaust and I don't know what kind of cam it is But my question is I'm getting AFR 165cc heads and need to know if I should change the lifters that ate already in the motor or leave them? And what are the best roller rockers for those heads? And I know ima need hardened pushrods
